This is important because HLF supports students in Halton facing financial barriers, heloing ensure they have equitable opportunities to learn and thrive. Funds raised during HLF month are doubles and directly benefit students in our community.
What Happens During HLF Month?
✅ Senate Wide Fundraiser: In 2025, just over $200 was raised, and so much more across all individual secondary and elementary schools combined.
With fun challenges and incentives put in place, with rewards sponsored by our Student Trustees (like dying there hair pink!), senators had so much fun while raising money!
